Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the mobile application (the "Service") operated by the Service Owner ("us" or "we").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be required to provide certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method in connection with any Purchase; and (2) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services.

We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or the Service Owner cancels it.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting the Service Owner's customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide the Service Owner with accurate and complete billing information.

Free Trials

The Service Owner may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

Fee Changes

The Service Owner, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content").

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service Owner and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Service Owner.

The Service Owner has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Service Owner, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
